"What a beautiful property! Slightly secluded as you can only get there by boat. The cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and our pup Oreo. Private dock, perfect for fishing, swimming or just hanging out. Happened to be the weekend we lost Jimmy Buffet, so sweet place to remember him and our concerts. We played his music all weekend long. Thank you Dave for sharing your place with us. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The house was perfect for us and our

. It was close to front street with all the restaurants as well as the beach. There was a park one house down from the property that made it easy to take our pups for walks in the morning and in the evening. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house provided everything as promised allowing us to cook easily and enjoy the pretty yard in the evenings.
