"The check-in person we had was wonderful. We had several problems with our room which she tried to fix by herself. She called maintenance several times but they did not respond, She apologized profusely and deserves accolades for her dedication and customer service. Upon check out she took notes about needed repairs and supplies that were lacking in the room. The breakfast was very good both days as well."

"Breakfast was good, staff all friendly. Someone staying in the room next to us decided to smoke throughout the night setting off the smoke alarm next door multiple times from 1:30am and finally at 5am they quit setting the alarm off, so we barely got any sleep that night. I know the hotel can’t be in the know on everything but you would think they would know when a smoke alarm goes off and check into it. My daughter had to ask for a different room due to the smoke coming into her room through the vent. Bathroom was a bit dirty behind the door and found a contact on the floor. The stairway was a bit dirty too. And tried setting the thermostat, but would only go up or down 2-3 degrees, so about a range from 68-73 seemed to be all we could do, even if we set it for 75 it stopped at 73. But they set out cookies and popcorn 6-8pm to boost our spirits, so not the worst but not the best, we made it through. "
