Great access to everything you will need

You will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and tours all within a few steps. Sit out on one of three balconies and take in the street view while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We are right in the heart of the downtown shopping district and just across the street from the entrance to Georgetown's Harborwalk.
A 1150 square foot spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa. Perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home. A full size, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and convenient if you choose to cook. Kitchen also has a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and teas. A perfect spot for a family or romantic getaway.

This is an amazing space, in a great location, with wonderful hosts! We were able to enjoy close proximity to Georgetown restaurants, the historic neighborhood, and short drives to the sites in the area. Ginger and William were very accessible and responsive. Location and accommodation are the best. You can wake up, make coffee and sit on the balcony and enjoy town. When you are ready to explore town, just walk downstairs and out the door, you are right in town for the boardwalk, restaurants, museums and a nice 17 min walk to a park along the water.

New Year boys Duck hunt!! Shopping for Mom!!

The place was awesome 👌 Location is perfect for what ever you want to do. My boys went duck hunting and I was right there for the shopping and restaurants. My son and I got to speak with the one of the owners super nice guy. The house was super nice and everything was great. Alot of stuff already supplied to make you feel at home!!! We will be back.
