"The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, the property was quiet. We registered for a assessable room with a roll in shower and did not receive this. The bathroom was very difficult to use for a mobility impaired person and that was why we registered for the room that we did, so that was a bit disappointing but it was just a quick overnight stop."

"This recently remodeled location offers an excellent value for the money. Spotlessly clean - but the floor could have been rinsed better, as slightly tacky. Comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Refrigerator works very well - unfortunately, no in room coffee pot is available. Compared to similar priced motels, this one exceeds expectations. "

"Parking was challenging because the hotel shares parking with a mall and restaurants which were very busy maybe due to arriving around dinner time on Saturday. Upon arrival there was one bath towel in the room when we had two registered guests. Requested additional towels and they were delivered. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were as expected. "

"This hotel is advertised as a 3 and 4 star hotel. (2 different sites) With that said, you expect a bit more for what you're paying for. I had a few concerns that may not be a really big deal but I just didn't expect them from here. Breakfast was not very appealing. Instead of fresh eggs and potatoes, they scoopped up the remaining items and put them in a paper bowl for the patrons. Not to mention the sloppy display. During the breakfast, bug control sprayed along all cabinet bottoms. Not cool. Items in the room were either broken or in disrepair. The dishwasher wasn't emptied from the last person who stayed there. Mold in the shower The curtains falling down. The iron board cover falling off. The strap on the luggage bifold was broken. TV remote broken. Dog hair on the sofa. (Didn't get the best picture of that because i cleaned first) Not what I expected. You make the call."

"Nice suite, great included breakfast and cocktail hour in lounge. Nice having Ruths Chris steakhouse attached and food options around. Great location, decently clean and great amenities. "
