    Sea Garden, 3 bedrooms/3 baths house, is located on the beach with beautiful turquoise views of Tar Bay and the ocean. Tar Bay is also nicknamed "Millionaire's Beach" due to it's prime location. There are no hotels or businesses here. The beach is 2 miles long, great for snorkeling, fishing, long walks...

    Sea Garden has a large wrap-around porch of 1.000 sq.ft. is reached from a series of seven doors from all the bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a patio with a lot of privacy... There is a hammock and a swing chair on the porch, overlooking the ocean...

    House furnishings are comfortable and contemporary. The beds have gel mattresses and gel pillows for the most comfortable sleeping ever!!!
    Fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 people.
    There are lounge chairs with cushions on the beach.
    Enjoy doing BBQ with a charcoal grill on a very nice patio overlooking the ocean.
    Swing chairs and hammock give a nice addition on the wrap around porch for extra relaxation...

    Sea Garden is located about 5min. from the airport, 7min. from George Town and 15min. from the new Sandals Golf and Tennis Resort.
    You can find all kinds of restaurants, boat rental company, kite surfing,etc. not far from the house, in a short driving distance. Choose from a variety of tours offered by Exuma Tours. Book a tour trip to go see James Bond Grotto, feed iguanas and swim with the pigs!!!

Stunning beach front view. Super easy to get to the house from the airport. We loved “Tim’s on the Bay”. Grocery store up the road. Super convenient. Locals are all very kind and easy going. We’ll definitely be back soon. My only recommendation is bring your snorkel gear or inflatable paddle board. The house had a few pool noddles and tubes. That was very nice. Our neighbors left two days before us and gave us a few inflatables as well. So that was nice. The beach chairs are really nice too. Overall we’re very happy with our stay.

The house is located in a perfect location on beautiful Tar Bay beach. We are experienced VRBO tenants who have been to the Bahamas several times and this location on Exuma is top notch. The house is a short ride to the airport, to Georgetown and to the resort locations further north. The internet lacked a little consistency but that goes with the territory in the Bahamas. The AC works great and kept us cool in the warm evenings. What the house lacks in magazine updated decorum is more than made up for by the location,and beauty of the view and proximity to the water. Olena was great to work with and made the process easy. I recommend renting a boat from Minns and enjoying other areas of the island. However, the beach 20 paces from the porch is fantastic.

We have rented this house at least 4 times over the years because it’s the best location on an absolutely beautiful and very private beach. The house has gotten older over the years, but it’s always clean, beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. Sea Garden is a special place for a great vacation.

Amazing beach; beautiful water

The house is steps away from the warm and clear water; we swam several times a day. Its a five minute drive to groceries and many other beaches are just a few minutes away.

Quaint stay at Tar Bay

Tar Bay is absolutely beautiful. Home does not have all the bells and whistles of most, but the view and beach are more than enough. Wind on Tar Bay keeps bugs at bay. Best beach on Exuma by far.

Amazing location

My husband and I decided to take our adult children to see why we keep coming back to the Exuma’s 😊. The house itself could definitely use some love and updating but the location is beyond perfect. We walked to the beach every morning and the evenings are just as beautiful.

Serenity and beauty

We loved our 10 days at Sea Garden! The deck is steps from the breathtaking beach. Spectacular views from every window. Comfortable home with everything we needed. Great location. Bring sunscreen from home, if possible, because grocery and other items are expensive on the island.

Great Location

The property is located right on the beach with a wonderful unobstructed view. The covered porch on three sides provides shade and multiple sitting areas with a nice cooling breeze. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and good A/C and ceiling fans. We would certainly rent here again on our next visit to George Town.

Gorgeous Beach views!!

This house had everything we needed to feel at home with AMAZING beachfront views and a friendly kitty to welcome us! The location was great and the host was SUPER responsive and because we had some flight issues, allowed us to stay an extra hour. ❤️

Best decision I could have made

Hands down the most ideal property for what my family needed during our stay on Exuma. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island and we could literally roll off the porch onto our own beach. Thank you so much.

Family Vacation in Exuma!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Garden this past week. Communication before we arrived was fantastic, with Olena answering a few prep questions. House was ready when we arrived and already cool from the new AC’s they had just had installed! The house is literally steps from the ocean, which was one of the best parts of our vacation! I would highly recommend this home to enjoy your family vacation! Brian

Had the absolute best week on Tar Bay beach! House was in a great location to explore both ends of the island. House was just as pictured… I just have a couple of personal recommendations to my fellow travelers; beach towels were provided, but, where only 4’ so not ideal, hair dryers were older with only high low setting and they are extremely hot with not mush blowing, so had to plan ahead to air dry hair, & the pillows from ikea (similar to my pillow) not my favorite & should have packed one of those too! Also the driveway is tricky as bushes Shrubs trees are overgrown and blocking the view to get back onto that main road…. But it was an amazing week in EXUMA 🌴… I’ll definitely be back!

Not quite paradise

Stunning location! Unfortunately we were not completely happy staying here. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool either the main dining and living room, nor the master bedroom, so that was frustrating. In general, there are quite a few areas that need some sprucing up. Owners were responsive in trying to solve the a/c but I cannot recommend if you are staying there in the heat of summer. Also, would love a few more amenities. That being said, can't beat the beauty of the location.
