Exuma Oceanfront-Steps to the beach-Side Quest

  • Our villa is located within the private Palm Bay Beach Club, a community of individually owned villas. While resort-managed amenities (pool, shuttle, gym) are not included, this allows us to keep costs lower and offer you full use of the villa’s well-stocked features.

    Enjoy a private porch, beach chairs, kayak and SUP, coolers, beach towels, and Starlink WiFi. The villa sits on Palm Bay Beach, includes free parking, is centrally located, and is an easy stroll to Jolly Hall Beach. You’ll also find the on-site Splash Restaurant just steps away.
