This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful property - Looks just like the photos!

Gorgeous home, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. If you’re looking for a local home, this one is a little off the grid, but privacy and seclusion is everything. Stunning views, and small beachfront property allow access to the ocean. We cannot wait to visit again, we highly recommend.

Beautiful Vacation House

The backyard and amenities of the home are just as the pictures show. The interior is clean and comfortable with all the cooking utensils we needed to make a few meals and enjoy the beautiful setting. Communication with the owner was easy. I’d recommend to anyone making the trip to Exuma.

The location was perfect and private. Beautiful view and was clean. Tina was great!! We supplied her with the list of groceries to stock the house with which was great!! If we had any questions she was quick to respond back. I would recommend this house. We will definitely stay at this house again!

Great beach/pool house

This was a great house for our group who wanted to lounge, enjoy a private pool and have snorkeling in our own private bay. The house is pretty remote. You cannot walk anywhere so will need car/taxi. I would recommend menu planning and have groceries delivered. The house had everything we needed and is beautiful!

We had an incredible time! Our whole family went down for a warm Christmas vacation and had an absolute blast. The beach outside the house was so amazing. The kids loved snorkeling around and finding all the starfish. My boyfriend proposed to me on the beach in the back yard and the photos are to die for. The best vacation.

This is a fabulous vacation home! Jacquelyn has thought of everything you’ll need. Tina was so helpful and available for us. She had stocked us up with groceries when we arrived and set up activities for us during the trip. The home is perfectly situated in a calm cove between Georgetown and Little Exuma. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family get away

The house was amazing. It was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location was very convenient with easy access to the rest of the island. We rented a boat at Brown’s marina and pulled the boat right up to the house. Went into Georgetown several times to pick up fresh fish and lobster. Walked over to the inlet right by the house where the new homes are and saw sea turtles swimming around. Took the kayaks out to one of the tiny islands. Everything was perfect. Thank you

Love Exuma!

We took our family to Exuma for the first time. We hope to be back as it did not disappoint. The Villa was in a great location and a short 10 minute drive into town. Having a beach was great - we rented jet skis one day that were delivered to us and also got picked up for a fishing excursion. The pool was nice since it got cooler later in the week. We utilized the kayaks and water toys they had. The grill was not working for a couple of days but they did get it fixed for us. Overall a great experience!

The property is as advertised and is very clean with all of the amenities provided. The reason for 3 stars is because the power kept going off and there was no back up generator so that made it very uncomfortable during those periods. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this property especially for a family vacation

Lovely home

This home is clean, and in a very private/quiet area. There is a nice pool, huge patio area, and outdoor bathroom; the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. (note there is no bath soap/shampoo, so remember to bring your own). It would be a great home for big family with kids. The master bedroom and bathroom are awesome and the super large dining table was fabulous! Lovely all around!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite beach house in Exuma, and we cannot recommend it enough. The outside patio area is simply spectacular, featuring a refreshing pool, pristine beach access, a convenient grill for cookouts, a swing to enjoy the ocean breeze, and hammocks, too. The house was well stocked with all things you would need. Tina was quick to respond to any questions we texted her. The double washer/dryer was a real plus, too! It is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort, making for an unforgettable family vacation experience. We can't wait to return!

Best outdoor area!

We had two families stay here for Spring Break and we can’t say enough good things about Villa Stella Marina! The house was very nice with plenty of room for everybody. The bathrooms were very nice, as well, and there were more than enough towels to go around (both bath and beach). The outdoor area is so well done, providing several hang out spaces with the most beautiful backdrop of blue water. The pool was amazing and all of the water toys were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this house! We felt like it was a great middle point in the island to be able to explore both ends (don’t miss Coco Plum Beach!). The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful, too.

Absolutely Amazing home ! Thank you for a perfect week ! Million dollar view ! Stocked kitchen with bottle water dispenser and ice machine ! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, beach towels, bath towels, floats, snorkel equipment, extra sunscreen available at the home - fire pit outside, plenty of outdoor seating We 100% recommend this place ! Use Tours R Us for boat tours and Hydrobike Tours. You will not be disappointed. Visit Coconut Club - it’s fantastic ! Blu on the Water is an amazing restaurant and so is Shirley’s. Straw market and SandPiper Boutique is adorable !

What an amazing place. The description and pics are very accurate. There is plenty of space to hang out inside or outside. Pool is great and heated. Fire table is a nice touch as night when it is a little chilly (we visited in December during a cold streak). Beds are comfortable. 2 washer/dryers. VRBO has all the extras for doing day trips (cooler, snorkel gear, life jackets, fishing poles). Great amount of dishes and cookware. The kayaks were awesome and allowed us to explore right outside of our house. The beach is nice and sandy, some reef in the water that we snorkled around. Saw a few small fish. You really can't go wrong, this place is amazing!

Wonderful home to escape to!

This was absolutely perfect place for our family. Seven adults and a 2 year old. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Bonus was the water cooler and ice maker!! Plenty of amenities to satisfy all our needs and desires. The pool was perfect for the 2 year old as there was a shallow area by the pool lounge chairs. Your own beach was ideal. It was quiet and relaxing. Yet, close enough to other areas for shopping, eating and water sports. We would certainly, return and recommend this location to everyone. Although part us wants to keep it our secret. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful, clean water front villa with wonderful pool and water toys, great air conditioning

The property was clean and well maintained inside. We had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably for 11 days and we all thoroughly enjoyed the villa and the great air conditioning. The outside is getting worn from constant sun, heat, storms, and salt air but it is still beautiful. The pool umbrellas keep shedding tiny strands of plastic into the pool and the pool skimming net was broken so it was a challenge keeping the water clean. The beach is beautiful and we all used the kayaks and paddle boards in the bay. Overall we highly recommend this villa and would recommend it for anyone wanting a clean comfortable villa that is ocean front with a beautiful pool.

Breathtaking!!

We stayed here this past week for my 50th birthday with our closest friends. This was a dream of mine and it did not disappoint. Jacqueline quickly responed to all of my questions from my initial inquiry about the property to the time we checked out. Tina the house manager, grocery shopped for us prior to our arrival so that we didnt have to waste any time getting our paradise getaway started. She also helped with all of questions during our stay. The house was perfection. The beds were so comfortable. The upstairs bedroom will get warm during the day but will cool off at night. I really do not have any complaints. I strongly recommend hiring Theo @ Tours R Us to show you around the island by boat. That was the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Secluded Surprises await !

If ya see the Cat , Feed the cat ! LOL Very very nice & well appointment house on a private beach. The pool was very inviting with a host of provided toys,vests etc. ( kayaks & paddle boards.also) Beds ,couches dining and area all very comfortable. Outdoor living space was were most of our house time was spent. We loved having a fire pit more than expected. House Location is In good centrally located area of the island close to most needs. Lots of good beaches to either the north or south from here. Good food to be found at Legends, Santanas we also had a chef cook for us 1 night. I expected less privacy from the pictures but was pleasantly surprised to find it’s very private. A whole-house generator was being installed during our stay and I think it’s completed. Internet was good
