This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again.

Fall Break in Exuma

The property was nice and as advertised. Communication with owner/manager was excellent and they were really helpful. And we had a few dogs that would visit us every day :)

Great beach/pool house

This was a great house for our group who wanted to lounge, enjoy a private pool and have snorkeling in our own private bay. The house is pretty remote. You cannot walk anywhere so will need car/taxi. I would recommend menu planning and have groceries delivered. The house had everything we needed and is beautiful!

Loved the outdoor area!

The house was really cute, decorated well, thoroughly stocked with towels and kitchen items. Loved the pool, the swing, large outdoor area and most of all being able to snorkel right there and see starfish, lobster, fish... You will not be disappointed with this fun rental house and so close to Blu and Little Exuma.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, the layout is great for a large family, and the beach and pool and outdoor area are perfect for such a beautiful setting. The property manager and everyone we encountered with the house were super helpful and kind and accomodating. The house could use a deep clean but otherwise we had no complaints. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Beachfront House

Very beautiful house and close to Georgetown. Everything was perfect. We rented a boat from Brown's Marine, just a mile north, for two days. The boat was delivered to the house and we anchored the boat overnight at the house's private beach.

Beautiful!

Beautiful property and set up. You definitely need a boat to enjoy all this property has to offer. Pack the bug spray because they were intense but it could have been time of year we went (June). Overall beautiful!

Absolutely Amazing home ! Thank you for a perfect week ! Million dollar view ! Stocked kitchen with bottle water dispenser and ice machine ! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, beach towels, bath towels, floats, snorkel equipment, extra sunscreen available at the home - fire pit outside, plenty of outdoor seating We 100% recommend this place ! Use Tours R Us for boat tours and Hydrobike Tours. You will not be disappointed. Visit Coconut Club - it’s fantastic ! Blu on the Water is an amazing restaurant and so is Shirley’s. Straw market and SandPiper Boutique is adorable !

Fun In Paradise

This property provided every amenity possible. My family loved the private beachfront setting, the beautiful pool and spacious lanai. We were provided two kayaks, three paddle boards and every pool float imaginable. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes and appliances. We had a wonderful vacation here! In addition to the lovely house and property, the owner was very responses to every request and question.

Beautiful, Peaceful & Relaxing

Such a beautiful property! Everything was neat, clean and cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable! Theo was amazing! Always attentive and what a wealth of knowledge and information on The Exumas. The availability of the paddle boards and kayaks was wonderful! My only suggestion would be to add a few more necessities in regards to cleaning supplies for use. Overall an excellent property, we would highly recommend!

WOW Exuma you are amazing

This property was perfect. We were 3 families with 7 kids 3 -8 yr old and 3 6 year olds and 1 3 yr old girl. There were 3 large rooms 2 with on- suite and a loft room with a king. Then all the boys slept in the bunk room. This house was perfect. The outside space had everything we needed. Loved that the kids could swim, kayak and fish throughout the day. Great house and perfect location.

Paradise!

The house was amazing and the view and location could not be beat! The only negative was that the guest room with a king was upstairs and did not have a door to the room or a bathroom. We had 2 families so the adults stayed in the master and the other guest room with queen bed bc of the bathroom in the room. You are in the house so little that it was totally fine! Can’t wait to go back!

Paradise in Exuma

We had a great experience at Villa Stella. The house was magical and Exuma is perfection. The beach is beautiful but is is very rocky. It is not for swimming without shoes. More just to sit and gaze at the beauty. The house has every amenity you need except for wine glasses. We loved our week there and would definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Wonderful home to escape to!

This was absolutely perfect place for our family. Seven adults and a 2 year old. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Bonus was the water cooler and ice maker!! Plenty of amenities to satisfy all our needs and desires. The pool was perfect for the 2 year old as there was a shallow area by the pool lounge chairs. Your own beach was ideal. It was quiet and relaxing. Yet, close enough to other areas for shopping, eating and water sports. We would certainly, return and recommend this location to everyone. Although part us wants to keep it our secret. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

My favorite property on the island!

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location for a great price! We loved our stay at Villa Stella Marina! The proximity to Georgetown and Little Exuma beaches really makes this home a gem. The added luxurious showers, extra comfortable bedding and overall beach aesthetic were fabulous touches. We enjoyed every square inch of the outdoors: the beautiful gardens, the glorious covered patio, the heated pool, the pristine private beach and sparkling turquoise waters. I enjoyed kayaking on calm days, finding starfish and other sealife right off the beach! A well appointed kitchen was appreciated for cooking dinners and a nice large bbq for grilling those fabulous ribeyes from the local butcher. Two washing machines made keeping up with laundry for 6 people including 2 teenage boys a snap! 100% will be back to this property. It was a slice of Heaven on earth! We’ve been to Exuma several times since 2015 and this is my favorite location ! Great job to our gracious and helpful hosts! 🌴☀️

Great home right on gorgeous water

Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound carries. Bunk room is back in the corner of the house so pretty private and quiet. Bunk room beds can work for adults, but much more ideal for kids/teenagers.We used the kayaks and paddle boards at the house as well as the pool many of the days. No-see-ums (sand flies) and regular flies are definitely a thing though during sunrise and sunset. I'm sure this is an issue across the entire island though so just plan to stay inside during those times. If you like to cook, make sure to get some fresh fish the guy set up right outside of Shop Rite. Definitely need a car(s) to get around the island. The host, Jacquelyn, gave us tips and suggestions that helped us plan a lot of it in advance so I'd suggest reaching out for that. Highly recommend a boat tour to the other Exuma islands with Go Adventures H2O as well as an ATV tour with Exuma Adventure Tours. Great vacation!

Great stay!

Second time we have stayed at Villa Stella Marina. Beautiful home and what a view! The kids loved the pool, the shallow water and Netflix! We all sat around the fire pit while the kids had a night swim. Love the new water cooler. Absolutely love staying at Villa Stella Marina and will choose this home for future visits. Easy communication with the host and AWESOME property manager Tina. We realized we left a phone at the house when we got to the airport and I text Tina to see if they found it would she be able to mail it. She went way above, drove to the house, found it and drove it all the way to the airport! So thankful to her! We love Exuma and Villa Stella Marina!

Great private location

We had 2 families stay at the house for a week. It was our second visit to Exuma. The privacy of the beach and house were great! Accurate description online and host was very quick to respond to any questions/needs. The location is close to Georgetown and stores and also central to either end of the island you might want to visit.

Great Property

This house had everything you need! Fully stocked with toys, fishing rods, kayaks, etc. No need to go anywhere. House also had everything you need inside. Very responsive host. Highly recommend

Great family get away

The house was amazing. It was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location was very convenient with easy access to the rest of the island. We rented a boat at Brown’s marina and pulled the boat right up to the house. Went into Georgetown several times to pick up fresh fish and lobster. Walked over to the inlet right by the house where the new homes are and saw sea turtles swimming around. Took the kayaks out to one of the tiny islands. Everything was perfect. Thank you
