Highly recommend

This location is wonderful. Beach is beautiful and right out the door. We were the only ones on it most of the time we were there even though there are a few other condos around. Property management was welcoming, responsive and went above and beyond to help us find attractions and get us what we needed. Will stay there again if we go back

Heavenly!

What a gorgeous view!! The beautiful, white sand beach with comfortable chairs to sit in the shade of the palm trees. Unbeatable! The condo was everything that we needed, slightly dated, but well equipped. We would be thrilled to return!

Incredible snorkeling and almost private beach!

Wow! This exceeded our expectations! The condo was well appointed and well stocked. Communication was great and check in was a breeze! We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo with all the supplies needed to do laundry. The best part was the convenience of having world class snorkeling right behind the condo

About as perfect of a location as you could ask for. Snorkeled with turtles every time we got in the water by condo. Good location for exploring all parts of the island.

Great Cayman Location

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, great beach. The place has everything you need. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to take to 7 mile beach. Check in was easy. Communication was great! Grand Cayman has lots of things to do. We enjoyed Stingray city. We drove to Starfish point and Botanical gardens. We would love to come back at stay here again. Thanks, Jack!

Perfect and private location

We really enjoyed staying there. Location was great as it seemed to be close to everywhere on the island. Beach was private and we literally had turtles grazing on seaweed just few steps from the shore. You can spend hours snorkeling there. Condo had everything you need for the stay. Nice and Clean.

This condo was a perfect size for the 4 of us. The beach is gorgeous. We swam with sea turtles right off the beach. However, I wish they had more beach chairs. Sometimes it was hard to get 4 chairs.

Perfect location!

If you want to get away from the crowds and swim with turtles, this is your place! The location was perfect for an almost private beach with awesome snorkeling. We spent a lot time on the balcony because it was just so relaxing. Since we were in the middle of the island, we were able to drive either direction with ease. I would definitely go back!

3 weeks at Coral Bay Village

We had been to the Caymans in 2019 and stayed in another unit at CBV. On that visit we enjoyed many of the more touristy things on the island. This time to celebrate our retirement, we just wanted to relax on the beautiful beach and enjoy the snorkeling and sunsets.

Secluded Paradise

This condo is a hidden gem. If an escape from the daily grind and hustle and bustle is what your looking for this condo is it. Our family had a blast snorkeling right off shore and seeing turtles and rays. The beach is beautiful with minimal people.

We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. The condo is clean and has everything you need, but is simple. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft may be an issue for some and the upstairs bathroom is small....but, again, it's all functional and the price is good. Great A/C and fans and we love having the outdoor space open and without screens...you feel much closer to the ocean, we think. No issues with insects in late May so we spent a lot of time on the patio. LOVE the very shaded beach and appreciate being able to get a lounge chair anytime and have shade available. Middle of the island, close to a great grocery store and away from the crowds....Spotts Beach is our go-to place when we need to relax and this is a condo we'll choose again. Exceptional management service makes check-in/ check-out EASY. Liked having their contact info and found them very responsive. Extensive instructions will make your visit easy, especially if you're new to Grand Cayman.

Great Pre-Wedding Getaway

We came down for the first time to Cayman for a Family vacation and chose Tom’s place on the recommendation of a friend that stayed there previously. It did not disappoint. We had such a fabulous time and the location was perfect for making visits to either side of the island easy. Definitely rent a car. Melinda was wonderful in setting everything up before and when we arrived. Such a great stay!

Pure Paradise

I spent a considerable amount of time familiarizing myself with the island as this was my first visit. After a full assessment, this location was ideal for me and my stay. Centrally located one what I consider the most beautiful stretch of beach on the island. The locals were friendly and always willing to help. Kelly greeted me upon arrival and was right there if I had any questions or needs.

Super quiet. Super Clean. Super Perfect!

Nice and quiet private beach. Lots of fun snorkeling. beautiful view out of back porch. 30 min drive to 7 mile beach. 30 min drive to Rum Point.... so your right in the middle out of the tourist sections. Go to 7 mile beach to watch sunsets. Go to Smiths Cove for fun snorkeling. Enjoy!

We had a very good time .

Sports beach is wonderful, quiet and neat. It was so nice to take our breakfast on the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. I did not expected there was everything in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Paula and Jennifer were very nice and helpful. It was easy to do the grocery shopping, the market is not far. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the condo was a little bit dusty and the kitchen drawers were not very clean. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Georgetown. I will recommend this condo to anybody who wants to have a relaxing vacation in Grand Cayman.

Little piece of heaven

The condo was immaculately clean, the beds very comfortably and the AC was icy (in a good way). While you will need to rent a car, I think the location of this condo is perfect. It is far away from the tourist trap that is Seven Mile Beach. Since all of our activities were on the North or East End, we didn't even notice what days the cruise ships were in port. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. The only time we ran into traffic was rush hour at the end of the day. Even then, traffic was laughable at Spott's beach and the East/North side of the island compared to the west side of the island. The property manager was very helpful. We loved how many beach towels there were and the local cell phone was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this condo and this location if you want a quiet piece of paradise.

Perfection

The condo is perfectly located centrally to everything. Half way to Rumpoint and half way to north Westbay with George Town being even closer. Only 15 minutes to just about everything. There is a grocery store and great restaurants (chicken chicken and Cimboco) just 1 mile away. The beach was very private and quite. Most of the time is was just the 2 of us out on the beach. Definitely secluded. The snorkeling is just meh. Better snorkeling on north side of island. However, I did get to swim with a sea turtle just 20 yards from the shore. That was awesome. Bring your own gear though. The condo’s gear is more for smaller kids and most of the goggles were cracked or leaked water. Over-all 5 star tho for location, secluded, privacy, cleanliness and air conditioning!!!!

Swim with Turtles in the Wild and Enjoy a Quiet Beach!

What a great spot on Grand Cayman! My family of 4 (2 teen girls) and I stayed 9 nights here, and it was great. The condo is a little tight for what is basically 4 adults, but it worked out fine for us. Well appointed and most of what you will need for your stay. Spotts beach is awesome, and we found 3-4 wild sea turtles to swim with every time we went out, and even saw a sting ray in the wild out near the reef, which made it special. It's quiet and low key. The only cons for us was the lack of a grill. We like to buy fresh fish and meat locally, but without a decent way to cook it, we weren't able to during this trip. The pool area is across the street and without any shade, so we didn't use it, but we can see that being an issue. It wasn't for us, we prefer to make the trip to Seven Mile Beach or snorkel anyway. I think it's a great property and would recommend it to friends! Thanks for helping make our vacation great!

I want to start this off saying that the condo was as pictured & suited our needs. The location was great.However, my low rating has everything to do with the complete lack of communication with the host & the property management team. It's been a long time since I've been made to feel disrespected, unheard,& unimportant. I should've seen the red flags from the beginning but I took all the positive reviews for face value & ran with it. My mistake. If I had a general question I had to message the host twice to get an answer. I didn't receive the check in information until I asked for it 48 hrs prior to arrival. The door code didn't wk & it took 4 messages & a phone call to get help. They didn't bother to tell us about Hurricane Beryl until the day before landfall. When I asked about a potential refund for the 4 days we had left, since we chose to evacuate because a cat 5 hurricane (at the time) was headed our way, I was asked if I got the insur. No, I did not. BUT I thought maybe they might be compassionate enough to give us something back. Instead, I have been completely ignored. 4 messages to the host have went unanswered. They haven't even had the decency to tell me no. I know I'm not entitled to anything but an answer of any kind would be nice. Even the property management is ignoring my messages to them. It's rude, not good business, & unprofessional! I too own rental property in a popular destination & have never treated my guests like this.

Great condo in private beach

We were pleasantly surprised about how close we were to the beach. Like, this place is ON the beach. It hasn’t really been updated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication. They were very helpful with answering a few questions we had before the trip. Beware, food is very expensive on the island. We took an entire suitcase of snack food down. 50 pounds worth and I’m so glad we did. We only had to buy fresh food and drinks for the condo. Then, we would each dinner out every night. Try Allora for amazing pizza and the burger shack truck by the country and western for burgers. Enjoy!
