Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem, was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Golfers Heaven von Anfang an genossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und comfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und man ist schnell auch in den umliegenden Städten/Gemeinden wie z. B. Mossel Bay oder Wilderness. Wir werden Euch weiter empfehlen. Grüße von den Königs aus Kirchheim

Urlaub im Golferparadies

Fühlten uns auch während unseres zweiten Urlaubs in dieser Villa wie im Golferhimmel. Sehr gepflegtes, komfortables und vor allem gemütliches Ferienhaus inmitten des Top-Heimatplatzes Kingswood. Ideale Ausgangslage für Golfausflüge nach Pinnacle, Pezula und Farncourt. Wir kommen gerne mit Freunden wieder! Gerda und Gerhard

Traumhaft

Schöner kann ein Ferienhaus nicht sein - hier passt einfach alles. Die Lage direkt am Fairway und doch weit genug weg um nicht gestört zu werden. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Kingswood ist ein schöner Golfplatz - nicht so spektakulär wie z.B. Pinnacle Point, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt weil auch der Zustand stimmt. Die Betreuung vor Ort - immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und Hilferufe. Und dann natürlich die Vermieterin - einfach super toll - es wird an alles gedacht und die Herzlichkeit ist nicht zu toppen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Lovely house on quiet estate

4.5 stars. Large golf course estate, very quiet and secure. Lovely 3 bedroom home with swimming pool and views of the course. All the comforts of home. Water pressure is good, and 2 fireplaces (gas) heat the master bedroom and living room (it was quite chilly overnight during our September stay). Nice treat left for us upon our arrival, which was appreciated. Close to shopping and to restaurants in town. Our only issue was the 250 mB daily per device internet, it was slow and insufficient for our needs (and we weren't streaming or using excessively to reach that amount). Other than that, highly recommended (and if you're a golfer, this is heaven!)

Großzügiges, schickes Haus mitten im Golfareal

Viele Aspekt, die uns überzeugt haben 1. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den sehr gepflegten Garten und den tollen Golfplatz ist beeindruckend und zugleich amüsant - Das Tee 12 hat es in sich; In der Nähe des Gartens sieht man oft Golfer ihre Bälle suchen 2. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Magnet. Leider haben die Temperaturen nur ein Fußbad zugelassen. Auch wenn wir tagsüber bis zu 27 Grad hatten. Der Pool liegt im Süd-Osten. 3. Die Küche mit ihrer Arbeits-Insel ist unglaublich. Nicht nur schick, sondern auch sehr praktisch. Elektrische Geräte sind alle vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst; sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner konnten wir nutzen. 4. Der Wohn-Esszimmerbereich ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr froh, dass es einen Gasofen gibt. Die Nächte können im April schon sehr kalt sein. 5. Die Schlafräume sind unterschiedlich groß, haben Schränke ohne Ende, das habe ich noch nirgends erlebt, toll, und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein schickes Bad mit eigenem Zugang. Viele kleine Details machen die Bäder zu etwas Besonderem. Wer einmal in diesem Haus war, möchte nirgends woanders mehr wohnen. Auch die Betreuung war fantastisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mein Mann ist leider 3 Tage sehr krank gewesen und auch da hat sich Frau Sandra Miano-Konrad reizend gekümmert. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Perfektes Haus direkt am Fairway

Sehr gepflegtes, modernes und ruhiges Haus auf dem Golfplatz Kingswood in George. Ausgestattet für 6 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmer/Bad WC, komfortable Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer mit TV und offenem Kamin für kühles Wetter. Aussenpool mit Blick zum Golfplatz. Wir haben uns 1 Woche sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden mit allen Informationen von der Besitzerin bestens versorgt. Dieses Haus können wir sehr empfehlen für Golfer, die Wert auf eine hochwertige Unterkunft und einen anspruchsvollen Golfplatz legen.

Die Beschreibung und die Angaben in der Website von Golfersheaven sind absolut korrekt und wir haben uns von der 1.Minute an wohlgefühlt. Es ist ein sehr komfortables Haus in einem liebevoll angelegten Grundstück phantastisch gelegen, mit großartigem Ausblick über den Golfplatz bis zu den gewaltigen Outeniqua-Bergen. Auf der großzügigen überdachten Terrasse mit dem schönen Pool haben wir herrliche Abende verbracht. Sollten Sie bedenken wegen der Sicherheit haben, können wir das vollkommen gesicherte Kingswood Golfresort wärmstens empfehlen. Sie werden sich keinen Augenblick unsicher fühlen. Wir denken gerne an die tollen Tage in Südafrika zurück.

"Besser geht`s nicht"***** Über GolfersHeaven muß man kein Wort mehr verlieren: "Besser geht´s nicht"! Die ausführliche Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt 100 %ig und die vielen interessanten Informationen auf Ihrer Website waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Besonders wichtig war, dass wir uns im Kingswood Golf Estate und in George sicher "wie in Abrahams Schoß" gefühlt haben. Ausschlaggebend für die Entscheidung zu dieser Reise war, dass es in Südafrika - Gott sei Dank - keinen Terrorissmus wie in Europa und in anderen Teilen der Welt gibt. Herzlichen Dank, es war ein Traumurlaub, wir kommen wieder!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub!!!!!

Unser Urlaub in diesem phantastischen Haus war ein Traum. Der Spruch "feel like coming home" stimmt zu 100 Prozent! Wir haben noch in keinem Urlaub zuvor je in einem so geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus gewohnt. Jedes Detail ist mit Liebe gestaltet, nichts fehlt, unsere ganz großes Kompliment! Obwohl wir nicht Golf spielen haben wir uns ganz bewusst für diesen Ort als Basis für unsere Ausflüge ausgesucht, und das war genau die rrichtige Entscheidung. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubs jeden Tag traumhafte Ausflüge unternommen. Sehr hilfreich waren hier auch Ihre guten Tipps! Danke! Wir werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen!

Perfekte Location für die Garden Route

Nachdem wir nun bereits das zweite Mal unseren Aufenthalt am Anfang der Garden Route in dieser Location verbracht haben, muss ich nicht allzu viel dazu sagen ;-) Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen, ist wundervoll ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Der herrliche Ausblick von der Terrasse ist immer wieder nur 'relaxend'. Die Betreuung des Vermieters bzw. der Vertretung vor Ort äußerst aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Übrigens für alle, die immer 'Zweifel an der Sicherheit' haben, können wir nach 7 Jahren Südafrika West Cape oder Garden Route nur sagen: wirklich keine Bedenken. Man fühlt sich genauso sicher wie in Europa. Die Lage von Golfersheaven in mitten des Kingswood Golf Club Estate erhöht diese Sicherheit natürlich noch mehr. Wir können dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein ;-)

Ein Highlight in unserem Südafrika-Urlaub

Wir waren im Urlaub durch Zufall im internet auf das Objekt gestoßen und hatten spontan die Anmietung per e-mail angefragt. Die Besitzerin meldete sich umgehend. Nachdem uns das Angebot zusagte mieteten wir das Haus für eine knappe Woche. Wir waren begeistert. Neben dem netten Schriftverkehr überzeugte die Betreuung vor Ort. Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung: perfekt. Ein während des Urlaubs auftretendes kleines technisches Problem wurde umgehend behoben. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (kein „Plüsch“) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen freien Blick. Kurz gesagt: Der Aufenthalt in HolfersHeaven: Ein Highlight in unserem Urlaub mit Lust auf Wiederholung. Klaus W., München

It's heaven for non golfers too

We chose this property from trawling through various websites and was very impressed with the information contained within and also the facilities the property seemed to offer. I am not a golfer and we decided upon this property principally because of its location on a good golf course as well as being within easy reach of several other notable course. During the booking process the owner was most helpful and efficient at all times. Upon arrival at the golf estate we met the owner's agent, Talana. at the pre-arranged time and she took us to the property. I must say, it is a very impressive house and it was in a beautiful, well appointed plot overlooking one of the best fairways. The house was not surrounded by others so you felt private and not overlooked, but not isolated either. The house itself was immaculately presented and exceeded all of our expectations. The website photographs were lovely but they did not do it justice. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well appointed and provided much comfort excellent facilities. We considered ourselves very lucky indeed to have found this property and made the choice to stay here. The gardens appeared immaculately cared for and the pool area, sunbathing areas and outdoor dining area were spacious and comfortable and the view over the course was very lovely indeed and also allowed you to see a part of George Golf Club where the owner had a concession which she kindly passed on to her renters. The owner also very generously provided two free games of golf, plus cart. Kingswood itself is a very good course indeed, George Golf Club is a few minutes by car and Fancourt perhaps about 7-8 minutes further on. The house was indeed perfectly located for golfers. The owner's website was very informative indeed in relation to other golf courses, shopping, restaurants, beaches and many other things to do in the area. It was one of the best websites I have ever encountered. She made so many recommendations, a lot of which we followed up and we were never disappointed. Talana, the manager, and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly . As a non golfer I was a little concerned I might become bored, but the house, the town of George and the surrounding areas had a great deal to offer and the shopping is excellent so please do not be put off. Golfers Heaven may truly be heaven for golfers but for this non golfer it was heavenly also.

Relaxing and Excellent holiday

We stayed in the property in early October and had a super holiday.Although the house is located on the golf course it is very quiet. The property is extremely well equipped with almost anything that you would want for a holiday. The description of the property was very accurate and the photographs of the property truly reflected what we found there.It is a property which we will hopefully use again when we revisit the area. It is spacious and tastefully decorated just as the picture shows. It can accommodate a lot of people since the flow of the house is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Cold off-season, comfortable, good for golfers

We have stayed in Africa five times. We liiked the house but felt very cold. We bought a heater and were using the gas fire a lot. Did our best to get on with it, wrapped up in blankets watching tv each evening. Not a problem - it was much colder at the start of our three week stay. Did not expect to be told that we would be charged extra for heating. This made us very worried during our stay, we had to wait three days for the bill and we felt unwelcome in the house. The owner did not charge us after we complained about it. I do feel it could have been handled better. We did not know the owner was so reasonable and we had worries of being thrown out if we decided not to pay - although when we received the bill it was a very low amount. A lot of worry and stress caused by nothing. We were off season - obviously it would be colder. I should state that a ceiling fan for the summer season wouldn't hurt. Two bedrooms have no access to heating,one bedroom has a gas fire. Having said that - the property is spacious, the 2 single beds in each bedroom are comfortable. The property is cleaning twice a week during your stay. George is a good location to stay in the garden route and.although we were not told about any alarm in the property the location is safe with sound security provided by the golf estate. The internet is 3g accessed from a mobile router which may not be quick enough if you need it for any work -definitely no streaming!, and it easy enough to go to the mall to pay for any extra data that you need. Golfers will love it but just be aware of the other things I mentioned which may affect the quality of your stay. I have nothing bad to say other than the above and I do feel you can have a very good holiday if you use this as a base and therefore I hope that I have been very fair and the information I have posted can be of use to people to make a fair judgement about where to stay. I certainly have no ill wishes towards the owner and was certainly a small mistake which I know won't be repeated. Other than this I know she runs the holiday business very well and will have loads of happy holiday makers in the future.

Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir in Kingswood Golf Estate nicht 1 Minute dass Gefühl der Unsicherheit hatten. Wir sind jeden Abend spazieren gegangen und unsere Sohn hat mit seinem Freund noch die Mountainbikestrecke im Resort unsicher gemacht. Zu dem gemietetem Haus kann man nur sagen: "Besser geht es nicht!" Auch die Abende auf der Terrasse bleiben uns unvergesslich. Wenn möglich kommen wir 2016 wieder! Familie H.
