Unfortunately the room overlooked a security gate and the staff were loud with thier banter and radios which was a bit of a distraction from the serene environment. The overall hotel estate is worn and tired, looks like it has not been maintained in years. We were there for one night and wanted to go to the bar/restaurant with the view of the ocean. We were told it was full and therefore had to eat in a “pub” type restaurant next to a security gate....

"The pictures on the internet and the pictures of the actual venue does not correspond. When we arrived we were taken to a container. When I questioned it the assistant told me that was what I booked. I then showed him the pictures and insisted that I speak to the owner. I called the owner who in return was non accommodating, even after I sent him the pictures. I contacted Hotels.com which sorted out the matter for me. This took me the whole part of 1 hour. "

What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. "
