"Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is safe and out of the way of the public and traffic but it’s still very easy to get there. They serve fresh breakfast hotel style. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. also a gym and pool on the grounds. Really truly Harry Sam and the rest of the staff make sure to put the “QUALITY” in quality inn"
