Chalet for 14 people with a panoramic view of the valley and a heated pool

Villa located in Belle Poile, a small hamlet in the municipality of Génolhac, a charming medieval village on the border between the Gard and Lozère departments in the Cévennes National Park.A magnificent, quiet, and relaxing spot where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and unwind by the private, heated pool. Close to the Luech River (a 15-minute walk along the Régordane trail) and the Mont Lozère “Le Bleymard” outdoor recreation centre, 45 km away (downhill skiing and cross-country skiing).<br>-SELF-CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: A secure key box is available to avoid any contact.<br> -Check-in is generally between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you expect to arrive outside this time frame, please let me know so I can arrange to welcome you.<br> - Departure: You must vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. <br>- SMOKING: While the house is “non-smoking,” you’re welcome to “have a smoke” on the terraces. Ashtrays are provided inside the house for this purpose. Please be aware that the Cévennes landscape, more than any other, is highly susceptible to fire! Smoking is prohibited in the woods.<br>- PEACEFUL: Surrounded by nature with panoramic views of the valley and hiking trails nearby.<br>- SPACIOUS: A cosy family home with plenty of open living space. <br>- COMFORTABLE: Living room with a fireplace, a bathtub with hydromassage jets, TV, and Wi-Fi...<br>- SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is private and secure; depending on the weather, it is open from mid-April through October. It is heated so that the water rarely drops below 26°C. Don’t forget your swimming costume.<br>- PARKING: A car park allows you to park easily and for free. Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked in a sheltered, enclosed area.<br>- PETS: Pets are allowed in the house under the supervision and full responsibility of their owners. Under no circumstances may they be left alone in the accommodation. Owners also agree to ensure that their pets do not cause any disturbance on the premises.<br>- BASIC AMENITIES: Shower gel, hand soap, one dishwasher tablet, salt and rinse aid, laundry detergent tablets, dishwashing liquid, bleach, toilet paper rolls, one roll of paper towels, two bottles of mineral water and ice cubes, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee filters.<br>LINENS: 2 bath mats, toilet hand towels, tea towels, kitchen hand towels, and microfiber cloths. Laundered after each guest departure.<br>SHEETS: Not included, but we can provide them.<br>OPTIONAL: - Sheets: €12/person and €15/person with towels<br> - If you wish to use the fireplace, a fee of 45€/weekend will be charged for firewood.<br>-COVID-19: The property is vacuumed, cleaned, and sanitised with multi-surface disinfectants.<br>All frequently touched surfaces will be sanitised.<br>(Cleaning supplies and products will be available for your use).<br>I will stop by the property to answer any questions you may have while maintaining social distancing.<br>My goal is to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay in my cabin.
