About this property

The Mountaineer Rustic Yurt

  • Our Mountaineer Rustic Yurt is an extremely unique round cabin — a true octagon and it's unlike any cabin in the world. The eight main logs were harvested from great Ash trees located on the Rustic Ravines property. The trees were infected with the Ash Beatle and dying so we took them down and used them for the 8 supports for our 2 Rustic Yurts and our Gazebo. Each roof is a galvanized steel Corn Bin roof and the each have 20-feet high domes in the center.
