"A lovely, quiet family run hotel overlooking the city of Amasra. Everyone and especially thestaff at reception, are kind and accomodative. They were kind enough to let us know there was no lift, so asked if we would prefer a lower floor and helped us with our luggage as well. Breakfast was a generous buffet but also had the ability to ask for a specific request (ie a cheese omelet). "

"This hotel is in a very nice location with an outstanding ocean view. The restaurant at the top floor is unbelievable, you have to eat here during your stay - try the daily fresh fisch! It’s a bit pricy but was worth it. Wish the rooms water utensils will be replaced since there is some rust and breakfast with some more warm food options. Other then that it’s really a nice place for your stay."

"The hotel was a bit difficult to find but was well appointed, except for the absence of a lift. We enjoyed our stay although Saturday night was a little noisy! It is well located for easy access to restaurants, shops and the old town."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location to explore the sights of Amasra. The room was spacious and there was a lovely outlook from the balcony over the ocean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing."

"We booked to stay at this hotel through Expedia. We arrived at the hotel to be told that there wasn’t any booking made for us and told by the manager that we had been scammed and if we wanted to stay we would have to pay again, despite showing her our Expedia reservation details and bank statements as proof, she would not accept it. We asked to to contact Expedia but she also refused as she did not speak English. We contacted Expedia to inform them of the situation, they tried to contact the hotel but the number they had was incorrect and the hotel did not respond to their emails. We had to go to the police station to get a statement written from the hotel to state that they did not hold a booking for us. We then to find another place to stay. Expedia refused to refund us as they said it is a non refundable booking, dispute the circumstances. It was an absolute nightmare, so stressful and took most of the day to sort something out. Not great when you are only staying for a short period of time and did not leave us with much time to explore. I have no idea why Expedia are still using this awful hotel but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! I can highly recommend the Amasra Ceylin hotel, who were extremely accommodating, rooms were beautifully clean with a sea view and the breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had with homemade produce. If you do not want to have a stressful holiday, AVOID EGE SUIT HOTEL!"

"It was a very clean and nice place to stay. Hotelkeeper was very kind and thoughtful. It would be greater if the breakfast was included in the services but there were many places nearby the hotel so, It was not a big deal. Thank you very much for the services."
