The villa i perfect for families wth kids or small groups who are in search of a peaceful place where to spend their holidays in a very comfortable enviroment. Moreover, this stay allows our guests to discover the sorroundings and love what the area is offering: food, wine, nature and the beauty of the Frasassi Caves. Seaside is far less than one hour from the property so that it is possible to choose a day at the sea within your stay.

Wer die Ruhe sucht, mit italienischen Flair, ist hier genau richtig!

Wer die Ruhe sucht, mit italienischen Flair, ist hier genau richtig! Sehr schön geschmackvoll renoviertes gepflegtes Haus, mit liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden:) Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die einen auch mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnen. Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr angenehm und gepflegt!
