We had a great stay the view is amazing and beds were comfy and we enjoyed time in the back living room. I would say appeal the landscaping seemed to not be done that took away but not a big think. Also there was slight smell of pets but once we light the candles it wasn’t an issue after the first few hours. We really had a great time and Steve was very responsive which was amazing.
The property was exactly as advertised and right in the heart of the Seneca Lake area. Close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this home.
We had a excellent stay at this property! The house was very clean, has a nice layout for our group (all rooms on one level), and is in a great lakefront location. Steve and team did an outstanding job communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this location for a getaway weekend with our 3 kids, 7, 10, and 12 and our 2 medium sized dogs. It was a great place with the dock, firepit, and being pet friendly. The host was very kind when we
Spoke with him and he was very accomodating for our family and pets. I would highly recommended this place to anyone visiting Seneca Lake.
sspoke in person and
This house and location were amazing! We only stayed 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer. The house is comfortable and the easy lake access made it desirable to stay at the home all day. However, there are so many fun things to do nearby. Between Seneca Falls, Geneva, boat rides, wineries/breweries, etc, there is so much to do. I would definitely recommend this house and I would stay here again in the future.
We were looking forward a place for a girls wknd getaway not too far from home. Four of us stayed at this home and it was wonderful. Not far from wineries or the outlets. We had a great time. House is clean beds very comfortable. Steve is very easy to reach and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would book again!
The house is even lovelier than in the photos. We watched the stunning sunset over the lake and enjoyed all the great amenities the house offered. Steve was a super host, responding to any question within minutes. We would definitely return. Book it now!
Lots of space in this pet-friendly 3 bedroom house situated on beautiful lakefront property with a nice yard, cozy fire pit, deck and pier for watching sunsets. Steve was immediately responsive when we contacted him with questions. Would definitely return for another visit.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. The rooms were very spacious and included everything we needed. The sunsets on the lake were absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed evenings by the camp fire (firewood and starters provided by host). The location was perfect to town and wineries. The host was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. Our furry family members were very grateful they were included too! We would definitely stay at this comfortable home again and again!
Steve was a great host and responded to my initial questions concerning items that were either missing or broken. The location is lovely, quiet and secluded- perfect for our group of friends. The home however needs updating and some repairs including the kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers and outdoor octagonal deck, particularly replacing the deteriorating older boards. Overall a nice low key place to stay.

Good place, bad smell
We were a group of women staying to run in a local race. The location was great and description was accurate. However, there was a terrible animal smell coming from the basement and permeating the whole house. We had to make a trip to buy candles and air fresheners to cover it. When reported to the owner after our stay (we were only there two nights and mostly just to sleep), he denied any problem and claimed he had a professional come in to check it out. Safe to say we will not be renting this house for next year's race! Renters beware!

Great location
At first, I was very disappointed, I had hoped to stay at the location and not have to travel. The shore was filled with weeds and dead fish had washed up. There was a major storm the week before. It was not good for small children, I had ages, 3, 4, 5, and nine. We ended up spending every day at Sampson State Park just down the road. It ended up being a blessing, the children loved it there. Seneca State Park is also very nice and this location is in the middle of the 2 state parks. Many great breweries are only a few miles away. The house is also located for the best sunsets every night. We used the firepit every night. The house was spotless and comfortable. The deck looks beautiful in the photo but is actually in need of replacement. If I ever rented again, I would bring some pots and pans, paper plates, extra toilet paper, washing machine detergent, and dishwasher detergent, we ran out quickly.
The house was in a perfect location for the wineries and great restaurants. They could use some upgrades to their kitchen pots and pans and cooking trays for breakfast. View was just amazing!
