"Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! "We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."

"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"Personally, I have stayed in cleaner hotels for half the price. There was a spiderweb in the shower and also mold. When we entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes and the ash tray was filled with them. No we do not smoke. The spa was nice and so was the massage we booked. Would not recommend in the end."
