"Staff was inexperienced and on the rude side. For example, they did not tell me about the white sign that you had to put on the outside of the door to get bed made and fresh towels. The keycard controlling the lights in the room is not effective. It made a booming noise each time it was out in or taken out. At night, I could not leave a light on—it was all or nothing. It ruined my laptop, which I had left charging. My keycard got demagnetized three times and I had to take the stairs to the lobby from the 9th floor because it also controls the elevator. When the girl at the desk told me I should put the card in the slot on the door for a few moments for it to work, I lost patience and told her I know how to use a key card. When checking in I asked if a friend could come in and have breakfast with me, with no charge, and I was enthusiastically told yes.
