"Place was perfect for my family for the week"

"The house was good, just as advertised and expected. The host was great, and very responsive. We did have a couple of issues the first day, the hot tub/spa kept turning off after 5 minutes the first morning. The host responded right away though, and the spa worked fine the rest of the time. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed it once it finally warmed up. We enjoyed the thick cushions on the poolside loungers, and the availability of inflatables for the pool. For the house, it seems the cleaner cut some corners in the family room though, there was a mess all over the floor & carpet in front of the couch. That definitely had us checking the rest of the house very thoroughly, but thankfully the rest was clean. Beds could be replaced, they’re very soft, saggy, and creaky. Pool table in the games room is also pretty rickety and feel like it’s falling apart. Just things to note. "

"The house is beautiful but everything is worn out from the sofas to the pool gates and pool furniture and even one toilet doesn’t work. The one near the Mickey Mouse room. No air fryer. No oven kits. No mop. No broom. The pool heater doesn’t work either."

"We just stayed this last week in April. The property was excellent, exactly as described and meticulously cleaned, which I really appreciated.The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked, great cold a/c. The pool and hot tub with heater were awesome, used it every day. The location was very convenient and centrally located to all the parks and Orlando. We went to Clearwater for the beaches and that was an easy day trip too. One thing we really loved was how quiet the neighborhood was as well. It made it easy to rest. My only pet peeve was the lock box where the key is. It's a little hard to work with. Otherwise, wonderful stay and I would definitely book again."

"The house was great, it was in a quiet neighborhood and was the perfect size for our family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The only down side was how far it was from Disney. Having to take I-4 made the trip longer than we had anticipated. Otherwise, the house was great, the host was easy to contact and quick to respond, and we had a great vacation!"
