"All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."

"The rooms were clean, the staff were great, the location can't be beat if you are going to the thermal lake and walking around town. It also has a very nice bar for socializing over drinks.
