"Great location - close to the train station and easily walkable to the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a funky vibe but really enjoyed it - breakfast was great with a lot of variety."

"Our room faced out onto the car park at the front of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was awful. We were woke up at 06:30 with street sweepers and hedges being clipped. Woke at 04:00 the next night with people talking loudly in the street and then with the bins being emptied. Our room was On the second floor so not as though people were right outside. Hotel really need to think about replacing the windows to make them more sound proof as hotel in an excellent location. Also no tea or coffee facilities in room which was poor. "

"We had a very nice stay for 2 people. It was easy to find public parking next to the hotel. The property seemed recently renovated, everything was new and clean. Staff was very nice, and breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was 5 min walking from Petite Venice, so very close to everywhere. Would come back."

"The floor of our bedroom was creaky, one of our towels had a hole, poor amenities in the bedroom, only two small paper cups, instant coffee packets , no cream, the kettle was dirty and we only got one can of water for two nights (2ppl). Honestly I was disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good tho."

"The hotel is well situated in the old town. The main train stain is 10 min walk maximum. The reception staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great in a nice homely environment. The hotel is recommended and was good value for money if a little tricky to find. "
