Our stay at the Palazzo was amazing! Since we used OneKey tests we got early check in, $20 credit towards drinks and $25 credit for gambling. The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was really nice and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you Expedia!

This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square—very accessible, clean, and the staff was helpful. Although I wasn’t there much since I was mostly out exploring, I had no issues during my stay. The only minor confusion was that there are two RIU hotels just a couple of blocks from each other, but that’s not a reflection on the hotel itself

Room was clean and spacious. We traveled with our kids and had a great experience, life jackets were provided for them at the pool, pool was not loud or wild.

The location was great. Times square at the corner.... No mini fridge though or ice machine.... Vintage style aesthetics. Shops next door and across street.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean casino and common areas. All the staff was very helpful and genuinely kind and courteous. Location was central for us wanting to get to Red Rock and out west and also convenient to the strip/downtown without all the congestion. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Vegas.
