House have 4 larger bedroom all with
Luxury King and Queen size beds plus an extendable sofa bed in study room for another 1 or 2 adults stay.
House has GYM, Wine Bar, 2 huge relax living area.
The Space:
10 years old modern water front house with more than 500 m2 living size, currently fully renovation inside all, so it was really fresh everywhere, looks like brand new huge house.
Guest Access:
Whole house can be used by guests,
except:
1, garage being used as store by owner at moment. (Guests have enough parking space for 3-4 cars)
2, Systems for home theater has not been set up yet since removed it for renovation works.
All of the parts are ready to be installed again, you are welcome and payable to set them up if you are a skilled for Audiophile
The Neighborhood:
You can easily travel to
1, Geelong CBD for city view (10), Corio Village (8) for daily Shopping.
2, Greater Ocean Road for world class sightseeing (60),
3, Bellarine Bay for dalliance famous local wine culture and mussels with sea food (45),
4, From Port Lonsdale, Fort Queenscliff Museum to find “The transition and organic combination between the gold rush era and modern civilization” (45)
5, From Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads, you can fully enjoy a Long Beach view. (30)
All above wonderful sightseeings are located between 10- 60 minutes driving by your own vehicle.
Getting Around:
You can easily parking front of the house on driveway for 2 cars as well as front of the beach side for another 2-3 cars.
Walking distance (less 10 minutes) to North Shore Train Station, Bus station front and side of the house, similar distance can reach Port of Geelong, (The port has been used as daily cruises Melbourne - Tasmania since October 2022)
15 minutes driving from Avalon air port and 45 minutes from Melbourne Airport.
Other Things to Note:
1. Two of the toilet seats are smart with washing functions. They’re not too difficult to use, but if you're not familiar with them, you can simply use them as regular toilets.
2. When getting in and out of the balcony via the sliding door, please roll up the roller blinds to prevent damage. The bottom bar of the roller can hit the side wall and cause damage if left down.
3. Please leave the bird’s nest on the house wall alone — don’t disturb their lovely family life. Great thanks for that.
4. Please help us feed the fish in front of the building once every 5 days if your stay is longer than that. Otherwise, just enjoy watching them swim!
5. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, subject to availability.
6. Before you check out, kindly keep the house generally clean and place all daily rubbish into bins, covered with rubbish bags.
Interaction with Guests:
Fully respect to guests privacy, you will do check in/out by yourself, that means, you don’t have to meet with manager from day one to the end.
unless guests preferred talking face to face for some of the special demand.
