This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the Geelong Waterfront, Western Beach walking trails, Deakin University and the Geelong Train Station, making it ideal for weekend getaways, business trips, university visits or longer stays.
Inside, you’ll find a light filled open plan living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The modern kitchen features stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, flowing seamlessly into the dining and lounge area and out to your private balcony, the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite, while the second bedroom is bright and welcoming with queen size bed, built in robe & balcony access. A stylish central bathroom with shower and bath services the rest of the apartment.

Whether you`re visiting for work, a waterfront escape, a Deakin University stay, or a Bellarine Peninsula adventure, this apartment places you right where you want to be.
You will have access to the whole of the apartment apart from one locked cupboard for the cleaners supplies
Although we won`t be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items taken & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.
We provide a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, milk & coffee to get you settled however if your stay is longer or you run out then it will not be replenished during your stay.
We also only accept guests with a proven positive history with this property due to Owners Corporation requirements.
As an extra security measure for the property we may require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking: - The reason for your visit - The names and ages of all of the guests - The photo ID of the main booking holder We will message you if we require further information to be provided.
Please note: When you reserve the property payment will be taken upfront to confirm the booking. This money is held until your stay so if you do cancel (within the relevant cancellation period) the money will be refunded to you. This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
We don`t allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
