    T406 Renovated oceanfront two bedroom condo.





    Single level unit with fenced in patio area. Queen in main bedroom and guest bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk out slider door straight to the beach. Kitchen has all new modern appliances with granite counter tops. Wood floors, except for bedrooms which have carpet. Washer & Dryer. Sleep up to 4.





    This unit DOES NOT allow pets. {Owner does bring her dogs}





    Guest have access to the building with a Pool only.





    **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





    You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN
