The Space:

Unit G698 is a remodeled one bedroom with loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. You will have excellent southwest ocean views with access to a private deck. New Hardwood floors. The Main bedroom features a King bed, and the loft has a Queen. For your enjoyment this unit has a Flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, Electric Fireplace, and a wine cooler.





Just a moments stroll to the beach makes this a fantastic adult getaway location. Golf course, tennis courts, and pickleball court located nearby. Catch a glimpse at our famous Elk if you are lucky!





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN

Great spot on the Oregon coast. Beautiful, clean condo with a fabulous porch overlooking the ocean. Communication was quick and responsive and check-in was quick and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The view was amazing! Very well stocked kitchen. Two interesting things about this property; you had to step up and out to the balcony very strange that the slider wasn't all the way to the ground where you could just open it and walk out. The shower/tub combo had a shower head right in the middle of the ceiling there was also a normal shower head on the wall. I'm guessing the ceiling shower head is a rinse off only you can't really reach for shampoo, soap etc... without constant water running on you. I recommend using the normal mounted one on the wall. The access to the beach was right there we were able to drive right onto the beach which was awesome! Don't let the old looking building and elevator distract from this place. McMenimen's across the street is right on the golf course and the food was great!!! Very cute area. I will be back.

Great location and space for a weekend

We love this stretch of beach at Gearhart and bring our jeep here often to drive on the sand. We booked the condo to enjoy the same for our anniversary. It’s more spacious than the pictures suggest. Loved the sea view even though it was foggy. Easy drive to Seaside and Cannon Beach, and dinner at the Sandtrap means no one has to drive. Will definitely come back!

Was shocked by the view as soon as we walked in. The space is laid out really nicely and kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated. It was quite chilly when we were there and with only heated floors to warm the place up it took awhile, but that was just a good reason to cozy up with some blankets.

Picture perfect ocean view

This place was an unexpected gem on a last minute beach trip! Great location! Wasn’t sure of the actual view from the pictures shown but wow, when we walked in the door we were amazed. And we even saw the famous herd of elk on our last morning there! My new favorite spot for sure!
