This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a weekend event we had in the area. Location was perfect….close to everything north and south that we wanted to see. We had a kitchen which helped save money instead of going out for meals. There wasn’t anything in the pantry, but there were adequate cooking utensils.
This property is very conveniently located. There is a great McMenamen's right across the street and a golf course. When leaving the property, there is an outlet mall just a few miles away one direction, and the Seaside board walk is just a few miles in the other direction. The walk to the beach was fairly short. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Kinda eclectic furniture and was a bit frumpy. Old furniture and nothing matches. Room was not super clean. Bed was squeaky but comfy. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Location was great.

Sisters reunion
Pleasant, pretty, attractive. No extra amenities, such as towels, soap, etc. I thought that $90 for a VRBO fee was excessive. I am not sure what we got for that money.
The location of the hotel to the beach and to the McMenamins was great. It's a little bit of a walk out to the ocean, but not bad. The beach was not too busy, even on a busy summer weekend, which we loved. The condo itself was okay. There was a very strong smell upon entering, which was a little disappointing. We were able to air it out and kept the windows open most of the time. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking and baking essentials like bowls, pots and pans, etc. The sleep arrangements were decent. The bed was comfortable and my kids slept on the couches in the living room. Overall we had what we needed for a good stay at the beach.
This place was awesome location & a plus that there’s a beach you can drive down on. My family and I don’t really have any complaints. Seems to be a little bit older condo with some wear and tear, but still clean and great place to sleep. Pool was great for kids. Mcminnamins across the street was nice. Kitchen was a plus. One positive criticism would be getting the main bedroom back out curtains. It’s facing the walkway of the other units so the walkway lights are on 24/7 and the headlights of cars shine in.
While the unit itself was clean it could use some remodeling as the tub enclosure and baseboards are stained giving it a ‘moldy’ look. Also, plumbing doesn’t drain well so you’re standing in water when showering and left with grunge in the bottom of the tub. The bed is on a frame that squeaks every time someone moves and the closet doors are very hard to open/close. Black-out curtains needed in bedroom. If you’re into decor, you’ll be disappointed in the mish-mash of thrift store quality of the furniture and kitchen furnishings.
Great place to get away, enjoy the beach.,park the car, eat across the street,,what could be better?
Fit our needs, no problems at all.

Oregon coast stay
We were pleased to stay on the coast. The property was fine. Plenty of supplies. Some concerns of the condo were the broken curtains and minor mold in corner which aggravated my allergies. Loved the quietness of the town
The location was excellent. The space needs updating but was clean. However, there is mold on two corners of the bedroom that share the exterior wall. The smell was mild, but could be an issue if you have an allergy. I'm sure the owner is working on a solution.
As hosts ourselves, this one was a bit of a disappointment. After an 11 hour drive from Lake Tahoe, we were discouraged to arrive at a place that really needs some basic TLC.
For example, when you sit on the couch, there is little support for your body’s weight. The bed was also very basic and not very sleep inducing. Blinds and curtains were somewhat inoperable and in need of replacement.
Also, although it is not the fault of the host, the room is on the main pathway where everyone from this building enters and exits, so it can be noisy. The large family next to us with yelling and crying children certainly added to the negative experience in this regard.
It got to the point where my wife was literally in tears and wanted to drive back the 11 hours we just endured, so we ended up having to book another room which was in much better shape.
Overall the place is clean and useable, but the overall experience is more akin to a Motel 6 than a well appointed and maintained beach condominium.
As a host, it is not fun leaving a poor review having been on the receiving end of one of these, but if one decides to allow others to use your place for their vacation experience , meeting basic expectations seems important to us.

Not happy
When my friend and I arrived, the place was not cleaned properly. The door knobs, light switches, fridge handle, knobs on the cabinet in the kitchen etc were visibly dirty. The carpet was stained, there was a dog treat beside the couch, and empty candy wrappers and twigs under the rocking chair. With Covid around I would think they would be more conscientious about their cleanliness. I ended up cleaning it myself with Clorox wipes and rubber gloves. The next day, I called to complain because I was so upset that I went on vacation only to sanitize the place myself. The lady at the front desk was rude saying “why did you wait 24 hours cuz my house keepers are gone for the night.” I shouldn’t have had to call at all! They ended up paying for 1/2 a nights stay. I will not be going back there again!
