Two level deck is accessed by door off of kitchenette. Lower deck level has propane BBQ, dining and seating area. Upper deck has a built-in seating area with panoramic views of Tillamook Head and the ocean. Spacious yard with covered/protected sandbox for kids and special "sisters seat" at far end of the yard with views of the ocean, and firewood for beach use. Basement area has ping-pong, games, and all kinds of outdoor toy goodies. Just three homes west and you're at the beach access, 3 blocks north, you are at McMenamins and Gearhart Golf.
