Great location, close to the sea front. The room was ok however rsther small with an oversized sofa and rather dark. The windows were facing windiws from other buildings so no privacy. But thats ok i guess. The worst part is te lack of customer service of the front desk staff members. I arrived to find a door opened by code but did not recirve the code. Mieszane uczucia

Byłam w tym miejscu dwukrotnie. Na pewno zachwyca wystrój i lokalizacja. Niestety po raz kolejny nie najlepsze wrażenia wzbudza osoba na recepcji. Dodatkowo jeśli ktoś liczy na żelazko, może się go nie doczekać. Jest jedno ogólnodostępne na cały obiekt, więc opcja "na życzenie" nie zawsze jest dostępna. Należy się również liczyć, że poza apartamentami, lodówki są w wielkości mini. Mimo wszystko myślę, że będę tam wracać (z własnym żelazkiem ;)).

Cool stylish place

Wonderful stay. I had a large suite and all was great. One thing, though, the room lacked black out drapes, so I wore eyeshades otherwise it is up at dawn. The deli across the street had amazing prepared foods and my room had a small kitchenette, so I ate quite well. Highly recommended.

Familjeövernattning innan hemresa.

Mycket fint hotell liggandes i finare lokalt kvarter i Gdynia. Hotellet är en mix av industridesign med morderna inslag känns up to date! Finns två rum med balkong och havsutsikt rum 24 har störst balkong riktigt trevligt. Stenkast från strandpromenaden men läget känns ändå lugnt. Skulle gärna stannat längre!

Var noga med att få portkoden annars koman inte in när receptionen inte är bemannad och att man har rumsnumret för nyckeln sitter i dörren och det är ju smidigt Helt okej sängar ochkuddar fina och ovanliga rum och badrum med egen stil. Frukost vet vi inte vi handlade frallor i närområdet och kaffe fanns på rummet och även kylskåp.Nära till stranden. Mycket trevlig kvinna i receptionen.

Absolutely gorgeous.

Willa Wincent is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. There was an issue with the booking but I believe the fault was on Hotels.com's end. To rectify this Willa Wincent put us up in their nicest apartment for half the time and the rest of the days we were in a smaller room with two twin beds that we pushed together. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Even the smaller room was gorgeous. There is attention to detail all over the hotel. The location is great, you can pretty much walk anywhere. Plenty of local restaurants and a little delicatessen/grocery store right next door. Make sure the phone number on your hotels.com account is up to date and works in Poland when you book, they text you your room information.
