When we arrived mid afternoon, we could not get into the property. Contacted the number on door. Was informed I should have received an access code he sent thru Expedia. No code. After constantly ringing the bell, a young lady allowed us to come in, she had been cleaning. We contacted Expedia via chat and were informed they had not received an email from the property. The owner kept informing us without the code, he could not give us access to the room! Not knowing what to do, an email finally comes thru in polish. If the employee had not been there to help translate the message, we never would have found the secret code. Had to carry luggage up 2 floors, no elevator. Room overlooking garbage cans was so small there was nowhere to put your suitcase. So much noise from room next to us and upstairs. During our 3 night stay, there was never anyone at the front desk if you needed assistance. Never again.
