its a lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. My bag did not arrive and concierge went out of its way to keep checking and following the trail of the bag. Thank you so much, am so grateful. The disappointing part was view of bhospherous, you are so far from the bhospherous that its really not paying the extra for the view.

Everything was more than perfect , the property is very modern. Breakfast was more than perfect as well, and the room service food was 10/10 as well. All thanks to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Zulkuf.
the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, all thanks to Mr. Emrah for making this trip a very successful and enjoyable. Mr. Ibrahim at the reception was very welcoming too. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for business and relaxation purposes for being in a very quiet area next to a few malls. However it may not be very suitable for tourism purposes since its not close to metro stations. But that does not affect the quiet, safe environment and nice views this hotel brings.

2 nights we were woken up drastically by a terrible alarm which was a female voice shouting in Turkish, this happened at 03:00am in the middle of the night, and with 2 kids and a baby they were absolutely terrified and did not sleep all night. Then to make matters worse, the night before the return flight this happened again, multiple times over and over and we all woke up, kids needed to be rested for the travel, and this has completely ruined our travel plans and created huge difficulty and stress on our travels. Not happy at all.
