"As usual the stay at the Colcord was outstanding. The staff was welcoming starting from the valet guys opening the door as we arrived. The check in was quick and the room was perfect. We ate right there at the hotel at the Flint and it was great. The hotel is just a few blocks walk to Bricktown so we enjoyed walking around and hitting a few spots to enjoy adult beverages. We ended the evening at the Flint Bar to watch the end of the Thunder game. Great night and great one night get-away from the rigors of work."

"The area is fine, but the place was, quite literally, falling apart - the stairs to the apartment building broke off as I stepped onto it. The door to the apartment building was open. It smelled like weed before you even stepped into the building. Once inside the apartment, I noticed a really damp smell everywhere. I found out there's black mold in the bathroom and around the AC units, which are also really loud. Parts of the dining table chairs are splintered off. VRBO support correctly identified the black mold as being hazardous enough that they offered to pay for a hotel for me instead.It's one thing if this place was reasonably priced. But for the amount of issues wrong with it, I'd rather just pay a few extra bucks to stay at a hotel. And so should you."
