"When we checked in, we were the only clients in the building that night.
The restaurant had all of the chairs upon tables, even after they were open. There was only one waitress, who was very surprised to see us. We did eventually only order an appetizer which was pizza fries, but when our food arrived, it was a cheese pizza cut into dipping strips.
The first thing I encountered in our room was a spider on the toilet paper. The shower control only had raging hot for its temperature. We were told that we should’ve left the water run for 30 minutes before the cold actually reached a room.
Will not be staying there again."

"We LOVED the house in Mercer! We stayed there over the winter for a snowmobile trip and it was perfect. The house is ideally situated with bedrooms on both the main floor and the lower level, and an expansive common kitchen and living area on the main floor. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds comfortable, and plenty of space for our crew. The location of the property allows easy access to the trail system via a short ride on local roads, and Cleveland's Clubhouse at Beaver Lodge for a starting point is just a short 10 minute ride away. This is a great property for winter fun, and I bet summer is equally as good. Lisa was great to work with on the booking and throughout the trip. Would definitely book again. "
