"If you need to relax in an amazing hotel and beautiful landscape, we can highly recommend montebelli. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful and the staff is extraordinary friendly. We had a great time. The main Tuscan tourist spots are about 1.5-2 hours by car, but you can explore a lot of beautiful spots nearby. The restaurant is also good. "

"Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!"

"The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the breakfast was good. I didn't try dinner, but that was an option. The only flaw was that the curtains in my room didn't cover much, so the light filtered in in the morning, leaving little privacy."

""This is by far the best holiday we have ever had. Laura made us feel welcome and in truth we seemed to be at home away from home. The facilities are rather charming. There is hydro-massage, a library, barbecue area, sauna, swimming pool and whole lots me. Many thanks to Vasille and Julia as well who made us lovely breakfasts and were ever so helpful. I would highly recommend Casa Conti di Sotto to everyone. We will be definitely heading back there for future holidays.""

"A very idyllic holiday resort, small enough to offer you peace and quiet. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, our kids loved it. We stayed at Villa Rosmarino, which was just perfect for our family of five. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was a bit cool and damp. The resort is situated well, we took trips to Pisa, Volterra and to beaches nearby (Punta Ala was great), but a car is a must."

"This is such a peaceful and comfortable property. After the chaos of Rome and Florence, it was a welcome retreat and we only wished we could have stayed longer.
