15 minutes by car from the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica. 20 minutes from Marina di Grosseto.

A beautiful apartment in the medieval village of Giuncarico, located on the main street (no need to struggle with luggage or groceries). You can also stop in front of the apartment to unload before parking in the free parking lots less than a minute away on foot.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic three-story building.

KITCHEN: A charming Tuscan-style kitchen with exposed chestnut beams, an electric oven, and a microwave. Fully equipped with pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, a moka pot, etc.

BEDROOM: Two windows, a leather capitonné double bed, a sliding-door wardrobe, and a desk with a mirror.

SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM WITH TERRACE: Breathtaking view over Maremma, leather sofa, bar corner, single bed.

Giuncarico is the ideal destination for those seeking a relaxing holiday just a few kilometers from the beaches of Maremma.
