The property features a fully fenced garden of approximately 500 m² that extends directly to the shore of Lake Varese. The space is shared with the owners’ family and is available for guests to relax. From the garden’s edge, you can use the provided two-seater canoe to explore the lake freely.

The property is conveniently located with restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, and a market just a short walk away. It sits right at the entrance to the 27 km cycling and walking path around Lake Varese. The location is perfect for exploring the area’s highlights. In a short time, you can reach stunning destinations such as Lake Maggiore with the famous Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Sasso del Ferro panoramic cable car, Angera Castle, the Sacro Monte of Varese (UNESCO World Heritage), Lake Lugano, and Lake Monate, renowned for its clean waters and ideal for summer swims. Within less than an hour, you can also reach Lake Como, Lake Orta, and the city of Milan.

THE APARTMENT
The 70 m² first-floor apartment (no elevator) has windows on three sides, ensuring bright, sunny rooms throughout. The living area includes a lounge with a lake-view balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds (one is pull-out), a desk, and a functional clothes rack. The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, plus a small service balcony. For families with young children, a travel crib and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost.
