Lake of Varese, "Residenza Mirabella"

Elegant, quiet, and bright apartment, located in the municipality of Gavirate, just a stone's throw from the center and overlooking Lake Varese, reachable on foot in just 5 minutes and completely surrounded by a pleasant route that can be walked or cycled. Thanks to its location, there are many destinations easily reachable by car: among others, the city of Varese (5 km) and its surroundings, Lake Maggiore (10 km) and numerous other lakes (Lake Monate, Lake Comabbio, Lake Orta, Lake Ghirla, and Lake Como), Valcuvia (8 km), Switzerland (25 km), and the city of Milan (55 km). The surrounding green areas allow for numerous walks.

Where you will stay: Passing through a first private entrance, you enter a spacious and bright "Winter Garden," fully glazed and with a nice front view of the lake. This space is exclusively reserved for the owners and guests, who can use it as a "private and quiet" workspace. A second entrance, reserved only for our guests in this case, provides access to a large "Living Area" with an open-plan kitchen, a large corner sofa bed, TV, and dining table. A door separates the "Living Area" from a small hallway that leads to a spacious double bedroom and a well-equipped bathroom with a large shower cabin. The "Living Area" also allows access, through a fully sliding glass wall, to the large and quiet terrace of about 40 sq.m., fully overlooking an internal park with a lake view in the background. It's equipped with a large dining table, shaded by a bamboo cover, two comfortable chaise lounges (for sunbathing/relaxing), a small additional service table, and a large umbrella that can fully shade the terrace when needed, surrounded by greenery. The 'Living Area' as well as the 'Winter Garden' have air conditioning. There is a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. Two portable beach loungers are also available.
