Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved! Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view. Light lunches available in the daytime...

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
