We loved the condo’s location, so close to the park, yet away from the crowds and congestion of Gatlinburg. Condo was clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend and would stay there again

Really enjoyed the view from the second floor deck overlooking Little River. Perfect for birding at tree level. Saw bald eagle, merganzer, king fisher, wood duck, to name a few. The condo was clean, comfortable, and adequately stocked. We’d stay again.

Great Location

This condo was in a great location with convenient access to Great Smoky Mountain NP and what was not to like about the stream. The layout was great and the furnishing were perfect for us. I would have given it a five star rating but there were no wash cloths, dish towels and the unit needs some minor repairs. We look forward to returning and staying here again!
