Beautiful riverfront home in Sevierville with river access for fishing, swimming, and viewing from. Kayak and hammocks. Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

We had a wonderful time beside the river. I’m sure it is fun to stay in the summer because of the river. Instead we had a small fire on a really cold day. The house was as described and very nice. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the amenities.

We had an amazing stay here. There was ample room for us and our three children and spouses. The hotub was nice, and having the kayaks available was amazing even if it was too cool for us. We hope to book again in warmer weather and take full advantage of the kayaks. All the men folk loved the convent fishing location as well. I highly recommend. Everything was GREAT!

This was a fantastic spot to recharge after a day out with good communal space and individual spaces. Some geese even came to say good morning while we had our coffee by the river to start our day.

Peaceful and fun getaway.

The house being along the river was very peaceful. Kids loved wading in the water, swinging/laying in hammocks. Owners answered all our questions and came and fixed the issue we were having with the door lock. Great stay for our Granddaughter’s cheer comp at Sevierville Convention Center.

Cutest and very comfy! Staying here can be a vacation all on its own. Lovely back porch with river view and the geese were amazing! Overall would definitely recommend. Hosts were prompt with any question, offered an early checkin, and made accomadations for us to stalate!!

Perfect Location

For my wife and I, this property is in a perfect location. We want to be close to town without having a city feel. We were also tired of driving mountain roads and feeling so far away from everything. The creek in the back was beautiful and really enjoyed fishing. Feels like home

A lovely home in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood on the river. This home is warm, welcoming, and we loved the convenient location. Coming back from our busy itinerary each day to a relaxing jacuzzi really made it perfect. The owner‘s attention to country decor really tied the whole experience together.
