Beautiful riverfront home in Sevierville with river access for fishing, swimming, and viewing from. Kayak and hammocks. Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, grocery and attractions. House was much larger than appears from the outside and the pictures online. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great landing pad

This was a fantastic spot to recharge after a day out with good communal space and individual spaces. Some geese even came to say good morning while we had our coffee by the river to start our day.

This home met all of our expectations as far as comfort and cost go. The bonus was having a really beautiful creek just a few steps outside of the lovely back porch. The listing photos and description is accurate.

Peaceful and fun getaway.

The house being along the river was very peaceful. Kids loved wading in the water, swinging/laying in hammocks. Owners answered all our questions and came and fixed the issue we were having with the door lock. Great stay for our Granddaughter’s cheer comp at Sevierville Convention Center.

Couldn’t have asked for a cozier home to stay in !!!

Loved our stay. It was just like our own home and felt safe and cozy ! Walking outback to the river and kayaks and the back deck was so beautiful every morning . The home has left us many memories and lots of laughs! I couldn’t have hoped for a better home to stay for our vacation !

The owners were super welcoming and communication was a breeze! The view off the back porch was stunning and we fully intend to return in the spring or summer so we can play in the river! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Cozy escape

Cutest and very comfy! Staying here can be a vacation all on its own. Lovely back porch with river view and the geese were amazing! Overall would definitely recommend. Hosts were prompt with any question, offered an early checkin, and made accomadations for us to stalate!!

Perfect Location

For my wife and I, this property is in a perfect location. We want to be close to town without having a city feel. We were also tired of driving mountain roads and feeling so far away from everything. The creek in the back was beautiful and really enjoyed fishing. The house was clean and comfortable and lacked nothing.

Feels like home

A lovely home in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood on the river. This home is warm, welcoming, and we loved the convenient location. Coming back from our busy itinerary each day to a relaxing jacuzzi really made it perfect. The owner‘s attention to country decor really tied the whole experience together. This home is very clean and organized and we were very happy to stay here. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in on our family vacation.

Smokey Mountain getaway

Absolutely amazing home. The experience was fantastic from the moment of contact with Lisa. She was quick to respond and very informative. Pays attention to detail and very helpful. The river is beautiful, grounds are clean and quiet. Home was clean and set up nicely. Great for families!

It was a perfect space for our family. Very clean inside. Everything was perfect! A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the grill. (A small clean grill would be a nice update) River access was a bit treacherous but doable. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here!!!! The location was perfect and so was the house for our group! We loved the creek in the back for the kids!!! The host was also very kind!! The only thing that got us was the neighbor being so easily upset by our kids getting 2 sticks and getting their ball that was on her creek side of the property. However this only was an issue once and it did not affect our enjoyment in staying at this property! I would definitely stay again!!!

Loved back porch with river and colored leaves. So relaxing on porch swing and rockers. Never enjoyed a place with a water view even in the bathroom. Great experience.
