This hotel is immaculate. It’s an older girl but they highly maintain it. I looked in every nook and cranny. It was spotless. It has bright white sheets, bedspread and pillows. It has a refrigerator and microwave. It has a clean little balcony with table and two chairs. I walked around the room for a few hours out of necessity because I normally don’t go barefoot. The test of cleanliness is the bottom of feet. Mine stayed looking like I had just stepped out of the shower. The staff were very attentive but not annoying. The breakfast had several many options including waffles, eggs, sausage and others. Again, immaculate. There’s only one downside. He’s an employee the management is aware is rude to customers. What a shame. Your hotel really is a rare one for one so affordable.

My family loved staying here! It was very clean and cozy. The staff was fantastic and so friendly. We will be staying here again I'm sure! It's very good location right outside of the strip of Gatlinburg and walking distance to downtown. A trolley stop is very very close by too. The parking is a little wonky but it's because it's built up on a mountain side.

Hotel was well situated very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all the action as well as the national park. The light from the main road appeared to be out of order and it made it difficult to find the hotel as we arrived after dark check-in check out went smoothly room was very large with a nice view out onto the front patio area. Bathroom was well equipped and we had two beds that were comfortable morning. Breakfast was very good included hot food, such as waffles, sausage, gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, dry cereal, and toast and bagels was a great breakfast at the Gatlinburg hotel.

Breakfast was your normal free breakfast that you get with most hotels just nice to grab some juice and fruit or something in the morning. Had lots of parking spaces. Room was pretty good with a great view from the balcony’s.

The check in process was smooth and easy. The staff were very nice and informative about bears. However the lobby/room had a smell like “old people smell” and there were ants/gnats near the entry of the room we stayed in. Images are misleading. Continental breakfast was not good.
