    ✓ The main level bedroom has a private toilet and sink, but no shower or tub — everyone in the home will use the loft bathroom to shower

    ✓ The driveway has an incline but manageable — up to 2 vehicles can park at the top near the front door. A flatter parking area is available at the bottom of the hill, which requires climbing steps to reach the entrance. All-wheel drive or high-clearance vehicles are recommended during winter months
