Toilet was lose causing a strong urine odor. The man working the desk when we checked in Sunday evening was beyond rude and hateful. Asked for extra towels and was not given any. Location was very convenient though.

Love staying here whenever we come to Gatlinburg. They are updating the room and carpet which is really nice. The breakfast selection is very sparse. But plenty of pancake houses just a short walk from Microtel.

Great location affordable prices but not the best experience i have to change rooms because my first room was a terrible broken tiles in the bathroom human hair on the bed sheets change to second room same hair all over the bathroom floor the offer me to change to another room at 9:30 pm and I decided to stay because we were tired

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference, especially on warm days. The staff were incredibly helpful, considerate, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent service, clean accommodations, and a comfortable environment—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I didn’t have high expectations as the room was only $52 for one night. The lady that checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. But that’s where it ended. The sheets were stained/dirty and same thing for the towels and rags. There was hair everywhere, on the bed, in the tub, on the toilet, everywhere. The bed was ok and the AC did work. The breakfast was a joke. There were only 2 tables I think. It was like they shoved it in a closet. The options were terrible. I ended going somewhere else for breakfast. The room was exactly what I expected for the price. Lesson learned

Facility was clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff friendly and helpful. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. We were there for the Gaither Family fest which was just across the street at the convention center.
