Loved it! We were there for a soccer tournament and had 8 people in the house, we all had space. The house is in a beautiful, quiet area. There’s a creek down the street that you can walk to. As soon as we put our things in the house we walked down to it. The house is in a perfect location, couple mins from the downtown area and about 10 mins from the soccer stadium. Pigeon Forge was about 15-20 mins away, we had games there

Family vacay 2025

We had a family ranging of all ages stay for 4 nights and everyone was comfy and had their own spaces. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinners together. If i reached out the owners were very quick to reply with the information i needed. Would recomend.

The Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions

This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking and the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the game room, and we all felt like we had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The view from the deck was stunning, especially at sunrise. The location made it easy to explore both the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

Late summer vacation

Very clean and quaint location. Close to the strip and several attractions. Communication with the host was top notch. The bears were very active--while we did not use the grill,it was knocked over every time we came back from in.

Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay at this house. So warm and cozy. We really didn't even have to leave the house to see a bear. Very quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Fun in Gatlinburg

The location of the cottage was perfect for all the activities we chose to do during our stay. Communication was top notch from property manager. If you plan on going into to downtown more than once in a day, find a parking lot that offers a "pay all day". That way you can leave and return without having to pay for parking again in the same day. Parking lots on side roads seem to be cheaper than the main strip. A few activities my group enjoyed was Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Car Muesem, Anakeesta and Dollywood. We hope to have a chance to return.

Great location and size

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and just mins away from the main strip/attractions. Also, the sizes of the rooms were the perfect fit for us. Additionally, the keypad lock was very convenient and simple to use. Justin and Kari were great hosts and communicated very well with us. There suggested list of attractions was helpful during our trip and was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this cabin for others to stay in!

LOVED IT

this was the PERFECT place for us to stay to fit our needs. We are a big family with a variety of different age children from 1-15! It was so nice to stay somewhere so clean, with a back yard for the kids to play when we had down time, had great accommodations for the babies, GREAT LOCATION. and I was so excited to see a bear walking in the front yard one day! The property manager was so easy to get in touch with for any questions and concerns. Would 100% stay here again!

Nice location

Nice house ,very nice location close to town. Mattress in the master bedroom was just "ok". Also seen some roaches while staying here. Otherwise very nice

Great Little House

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and a short drive to the grocery store, into Gatlinburg, and to the park. The house was clean and in a nice small neighborhood. The kitchen and dining area were nice, but only had seating for 6, so the rest had to sit in the living room. We did see a bear on many occasions which was unnerving with children who wanted to be outside, but that is somewhat to be expected in the area. The host was very good at responding. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing in everyway

From the initial contact of the owner to the moment we checked out. We had zero issues!!! Place was comfortable and cozy, we brought 10 ppl on this youth retreat(7 teens) and plenty of space to accommodate. Location to downtown was easy to get too. Even a simple back route helped us avoid the major issue of traffic in downtown Gatlinburg. Probably the service from a an owner I have ever experienced. The owner accommodated any concerns i had. Even last minute changes in my groups numbeof attendees. Owners were prompt to respond and very courteous and professional, felt like I like I had known them after the many conversations. I WILL BE BACK TO STAY AT THIS PLACE WHEN I COME BACK TO GATLINBURG! IF I COULD 10☆☆☆
