Best place I’ve stayed in yet

Our stay was awesome. Of all the places I’ve stayed at this was by far my favorite. The location is perfect and is very nice inside! I will be booking this place next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Short Getaway

Communication prior to check-in, as well as during our stay, was exceptional. The property was very clean and was perfect for our needs. It was very conveniently located and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful House Next to a Small Creek

Nicely decorated and clean. Lots of private outdoor space to enjoy. We liked that it was away from all the congestion in Gatlinburg and closer to nature. Would definitely stay there again!

Short trip to the Smokies

The best place to stay!

We loved staying at the Dolly. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Management was awesome when there was a couple issues to attend to. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Will stay again.

Family Vacation

Great place to stay! We used the hot tub every day. Great location! Plenty of room for everyone. Did not get a chance to use fire pit but nice cool area to relax.

Super clean. Loved the artwork (pictures of Gatlinburg from many years ago). Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Checking in and out was painless. Can’t say enough great things.

Wonderful Location with Everything We Needed

This property was the perfect size for our family outing, with 2 large, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-appointed and updated. The home was clean and well-laid out. The hot tub, porch (with rocking chairs), and creekside fire pit were nice bonuses. The location was great, walkable to the east end of downtown. Access to the park was good, despite the downtown traffic. Communication with the property manager was very good, although we had no problems that required their attention. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary while visiting Gatlinburg. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and felt nice. Check in process was very simple as was check out. It’s close to downtown but still far enough to feel like you’re away from all the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely love to stay here when we decide to visit the area again.

Very clean, loved the art & decor! 3 minute walk to get breakfast. Enjoyed saving money on parking and opted to walk a few times instead. Comfortable beds and very quiet surroundings. Also had fun making s’mores and relaxing in the hot tub.

Great place, great location!

Stayed here for an anniversary trip. The home was super easy to get to and to check in! Home was super clean with everything you need to start out with! Hot tub, which is where we mainly stayed, was wonderful and relaxing! Can’t recommend this property enough. If I had to think of a con, it would be that the homes were very close to each other. We didn’t mind this though because it was exceptionally quiet. Will stay here again!!

Couples Weekend

My husband and I traveled to Gatlinburg with another couple (our best friends) to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary. The cottage was comfortable, clean and really cute. There was space for our two vehicles for parking and we weren’t far from the strip of downtown Gatlinburg, although we wouldn’t recommend walking (it’s far and the only downside). We loved it and will keep it mind for future travels!

This was the perfect cottage. Description is exact. Communication with rental company was always fast responses. Very clean & spacious. The decor was modern, rustic & nice. Beds & furniture was comfy. Convenient to town. Could walk if you wanted, we chose not to. But also far enough away that you don't get road noise or noise from excitement of town. We will definitely see if available on future trips!!

Great time in Great Smokies

Downtown Dolly was perfect for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids (ages 10-15). It is close enough to walk down to Gatlinburg(10min walk there, all uphill on way back so check out the free trolley schedule too) and a close drive to the Great Smoky National Park entrance. The GS NP exit via Roaring Fork Motor Road is actually a few blocks from the house! Although right off the main road, it is still tucked away and quiet. It's very clean and appliances/supplies were exactly as described. Hot tub and patio/firepit are a nice relaxing bonus especially after hikes. Communication via the RedDoor links was super easy.

Downtown Dolly

The house was exactly like it said online. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved the porches and the back patio with the hot tub. My only suggestion is to please put in your description that the trolley stop is the next street over and that the walk to downtown Gatlinburg is down, then back up, hill. A little far for older people. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Inviting Vacation Home

From the moment we walked in the home invited us in for a great vacation week. My wife who recently had knee replacement surgery found this home easy to navigate. Furniture was comfy and supported her in her relaxation and recovery. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and was clean and open. The location was 2ish blocks off the strip in Downtown and comes out right at Annakeesta and Ole Red so relatively on the eastern side of town. RedDoor was very helpful and communicative so everything on that end flowed easily into having a great week away from home. We will most definitely make another trip to this little cluster of homes again.
