Cute cabin with great location!

This cabin was perfect for our weekend trip to Gatlinburg. Very easy check in and out process. The owners were very nice. Highly recommend for a couples trip.

I loved the hot tub. I have arthritis in my hips and hands, the hot tub felt really good on them. The place was clean, and just right for 2 people

cozy cabin

the cabin was a great little place to stay for a get away. very cozy vibes and perfect for a young couple. i did feel like it could be a little cleaner considering everything going on with Covid-19. the shower and hot tub could have been cleaner. otherwise we were very comfortable

Cant do anything about the rain

Great place to stay. One issue brought up in other reviews is the parking. Dont take a full size truck or you will be doing a 15 point turn to get turned around and headed out . The rain didnt stop until the day we left Nothing anybody could do about that. This kept us indoors. Along with a run to the grocery store and we were set. We will stay here again next time we are in the Gatlinburg area.

Trash

As you notice there is a cleaning fee added into your total stay. We didn’t see not 1 cleaning person the whole time we were there. We had 2-3 bags of trash tied up in the kitchen the whole week we stayed. Was told not to leave it outside bc of the bears, which is understandable. We vacuumed and swept every other day. They need to remove the cleaning fee or start refunding people bc there are NO cleaning services!! Be prepared to do it yourself. Everything else about the trio was great.

dirty cabin

cabin was cute and decorated with bear theme. But it was NASTY..I contacted the host who was very nice but not helpful with that. He did say he would contact the cleaning crew but that would not help with our stay. The host did reimburse me the cleaning fee but that didnt help the fact that there was hair and no telling what else on the floor between the shower and sink cabinet, something spilled in the refrigerator . Dust bunnies hanging on the wall and the hot tub having no cleaner in the floating sanitizer...I could go on, and if anyone would like send your email or phone number and I will send you the few pictures I took that I sent to the host and VRBO, and I would not recommend using VRBO as they just tell me to deal with the host

Awesome couples cabin

Everything went awesome. The host Mike was great to work with the one time I needed him. Fast response to any of my questions. Cabin was tucked away in the trees. Although there are other cabins nearby, it was still very private. The location couldn't have been better. 7 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and only 12 miles to Dollywood. All the shopping and attractions you can handle along with food on every corner and then some. Also, you are right in the Smokey mountains so plenty of exploring and swimming and hiking! Right up our alley. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. The cabin was called Heavenly Host # 415.

Love this cabin

Love everything about this cabin. There are only 2 complaints that I have; the bed is really hard and parking is not the best. Everything else was great. The hottie was great. I didn’t get to use the jucuzzi tub but it looked like it would be have been relaxing.

Springtime in the Smokies

We stayed in the Heavenly Host cabin for 2 weeks. The cabin is beautifully furnished with mountain decor. The cabin offers a lot of privacy and the host was very helpful when we contacted him. The location was ideal- just a short distance to a large and well stocked supermarket. Also very convenient to the trolley stop. We used the free trolley every time we went into Gatlinburg. I think a few dollars worth of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc would have been nice.
