Awesome location. I wish there was a choice of a Mountain View room, but the pool area and outdoor deck above the pool makes up for that. AC/Heating needs to be updated but overall a great stay.

Our room at the Chalet Inn was cozy and in walking distance to several main attractions. Fresh towels delievered daily. We were able to enjoy a nice relaxing evening in the large jacuzzi after a long day of fun. Don't miss a chance to stay at this quaint spot offering beautiful scenic views overlooking the mountains and city lights.

This was such a cute place to stay. The room was outdated but very spacious. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and you could hear the river flowing below. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool, mostly to ourselves.

The building is under maintenance in the main lobby so you have to walk/drive down to the echonolodge but if you really think about it it was a great walk from the rooms on top the hill to the bottom and back in the mountain area. The lady we spoke too to check in was so nice and chatty and the room was just as a hotel should be. Clean towels and the ac was on when we arrived, the balcony had the most beautiful view of the Great Smokey Mountains, and the beds were nice and bug and stain free. Will think about staying again but definitely going to recommend to friends and family!

One of our favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg

We love the convenience of this place and stay at least once a year. It’s quirky and not super modern, but is charming, clean, and convenient. The service is always good, this trip was no exception, and we will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
