Very clean! Excellent location at traffic light 2 in Gatlinburg which puts you in between all the action Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer. We were traveling with our son who has mobility issues and only had to deal with a few steps leading up to the front door. Also there was a shower with a seat and handheld shower head that made showering much safer for him. Enjoyed the river views out the back 4 season room and daily visits from the resident bear! Could use some updating but all appliances and electronics in working order.
