"The airport shuttle was not running and the front desk person did not want to call an uber for me. He said I had to ask for it 2 hours beforehand. When I said I'd call customer service at Comfort Inn, he ordered the uber. His attitude was the worst."

"It was and most of the parking lot was lighted pretty good. Few spots where dark but overall the stay was very and the staff was very polite with good customer service which you don't get today. Diane greeted me that night and was very nice to me after a 11 hour drive. I was pretty tired."

"It was clean and comfortable but the ac was making squealing noises at night and the check in kiosk was a disaster. Got a great price but it’s definitely no frills."

"Air conditioning was a nice relief from the humid Florida air. I loved the shower and the fact that it had everything I needed in the kitchen area. Good outside lightning for coming and going no matter when I left. I appreciated the washer and dryer. Next time I won’t need to pack as many clothes! I will be back!!!"
