"전반적인 위생상태 서비스 호텔안내등이 5성급 호텔은 아닌 것 같아요. 5성급 안에서도 너무 차이가 많이 납니다. 룸 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮았지만 전반적인 위생은 지져분 하다고 하기엔 그렇고 깨끗하다고 하기에도 좀....... 발코니는 벌레퇴치를 안해서 아예 나갈수가 없었어요. 화장실의 비데는 고장이나 사용할 수 없었고, 수건은 음... 뽀송하지가 않더라고요. 수영장 사진은 엄청 좋은데 막상 가면 그냥 그래요. 배드는 무조건 돈내야하고 짐을 놓을 곳이 없었어요. 5성급에서 무료배드가 없었던건 처음이네요. 사우나는 곧 바닥이 무너질 것 같았고... 입구의 높이가 성인은 머리를 숙여 들어가야하는데 안내문구가 붙어있지않아 나올때 머리를 부딪혀 너무 아팠어요. 실내 수영장 2층에 의자가 있어 올라가니 정리 청소 되지 않아서 음.... 벌레도 많았어요. 에코빌리지를 낮에 좀 편히 이용하고 바로 숙소로 들어가는 것을 원하시는 분은 추천이지만 호텔에서 호캉스는 살짝 비추 입니다. "

"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"Although the room was a good size, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay, it didn't live up to the ratings on Expedia. The place is dated and could use some TLC.
